You may not have known this, but yesterday was the Chinese version of our Valentine’s Day.
To honor the occasion, Bon Jovi, who will be playing China starting in September, decided to take on a classic Chinese love song, “The Moon Represents My Heart.” But unlike other non-Asian singers who have covered the song in the past, Jon Bon Jovi actually mastered the Mandarin to perform the song in its native language.
The song, which is typically sung by a woman, was made famous by Taiwanese singer Teresa Teng in 1977.
